Claim here for FREE Loft Insulation
Reduce the cost of heating your home with FREE Loft Insulation (LI) – it is a very simple process, our experienced fitters will simply roll out a thick mineral fibre material in your loft. This keeps your house warmer and you spend less on heating it.
The mineral fibre is designed to act like a blanket and keeps heat from escaping by trapping it in. Our installers only use premium loft insulation materials throughout.
Funding is available for properties with empty lofts, and also to top-up existing loft insulation if the insulation level is less than 100mm (below joist level) then we can increase this to 270-400mm.
Approximately a quarter of the money you spend to heat your home will be lost through your roof space.
If you have no loft insulation or it is more than 7 years old then we would definitely recommend you up-grade to the latest standards to generate maximum savings.

The loft must be accessible through a hatch and not be boarded. If currently boarded then it must be only a small area of the loft and you may wish to lift the boarding you have to proceed with the FREE grant.
You need to receive an ECO3 benefit, click here to see eligible ECO3 benefits.
The property should be located in England, Scotland or Wales and be heated by Mains gas, oil, LPG, electric boiler or electric storage heaters (ESH). If your property is heated by mains gas, then the insulation is not free to everyone and may require a contribution.
You must be the Homeowner, Landlord or a Private Tenant. Private Tenants must have their Landlord permission. Landlords must have an eligible ECO3 Tenant living in the property that requires insulation.
Also, Housing Associations can claim insulation grants if they have an EPC of the property that is E, F or G. HA's do not qualify through the conventional HHCRO benefits but via the EPC rating. If you are a Housing Association tenant and are seeking LI then you should gain a letter in writing from your Housing Association manager that they are willing for you to proceed with the insulation.
If your loft’s current insulation is 100mm (below joist level) then you can have it topped up to 270-400mm.
Note: If you have ‘down lights’ in the ceiling under the loft then you may be required to buy £5 safety covers for each of them.
